Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding and leasing properties that meet their needs. Your role will involve conducting property tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth leasing process from start to finish.

Duties:

- Maintain a positive professional personal appearance and attitude

- Ensure primary areas are always "show ready" including Clubhouse/Office, Amenities, Model, Target Units, and Community.

- Greet and build rapport with all potential and current residents

- Create/Manage/Maintain phone, email and in person leads

- Follow up on all potential residents via email, phone, texts, etc.

- Collaborate with property management to ensure all units are well-maintained and ready for move-in

- Work with Property Management Software to manage leads, prepare lease paperwork, enter maintenance tickets, etc.

- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner

- Be a team player, sales driven, create urgency and excitement to close the lease

- Handle tenant inquiries and maintenance requests promptly and professionally

- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages or repairs needed

- Must be able to work within Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Experience:

- 2 years' experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is required

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

- Knowledge of property maintenance and basic understanding of landlord-tenant law

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attire: Business Professional

Schedule: Mon-Fri- 9:00am-6pm, Sat- 10am-5pm (Two Days off)
