What You'll Do:

Coordinate property showing appointments and ensure a smooth leasing experience for prospects. Accept and review rental applications, ensuring all information is complete and accurate. Prepare and manage lease-related documents with precision. Assist residents and prospective tenants with inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email. Collect rent payments and manage related records. Process and assist with maintenance service requests to ensure prompt resolutions.

What We're Looking For:

A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous office experience is a must, with proficiency in general office tasks. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively. Flexibility to work occasional weekends (February-June).

This position is based at a single office location, providing a consistent and stable work environment.

Base Pay: $11.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
