As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of the community--guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, supporting current residents, and contributing to a positive and thriving community environment. What You'll Do:
Customer Service & Resident Relations
Deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects with professionalism and empathy.
Support resident events, manage concerns, and ensure maintenance requests are promptly handled.

Leasing & Occupancy
Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and close leases.
Prepare lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in documentation.
Follow up with leads and maintain an organized leasing pipeline to meet occupancy goals.

Marketing & Competitive Awareness
Keep model units and tour routes in top condition.
Support community marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents.
Monitor market trends and competitor properties.

Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate leasing and resident data in property management software.
Process renewals, leasing reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Property Management Support
Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Assist with clerical duties such as calls, filing, and invoice processing.
Help plan and host community events that foster engagement.
Inspect property regularly for cleanliness, safety, and appeal.
Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly and follow daily opening/closing procedures.

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma required; college coursework a plus.
1+ year of sales or customer service experience (leasing experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with OneSite or similar property management software a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
