We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing activities for property owners. Weekend work is required: three weekends a month, with one weekend off. Weekend hours are Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM. You must also be available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Present properties to prospective clients.
- Assist landlords in finding suitable tenants.
- Promote vacant properties through various advertising methods.
- Assess clients' needs to create personalized presentations.
- Provide accurate property information.
- Validate applications and references.
- Communicate leasing terms and finalize agreements.
- Stay updated on the property market.
- Conduct property maintenance and inspections.
