Job Summary:

The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing apartments to qualified applicants, conducting property tours for prospective renters, renewing leases with current residents, and assisting with general property management duties as directed. This role plays a vital part in maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet prospective and current residents in a warm and professional manner. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on available units and amenities. Assess prospective tenants' needs and budgets to match them with suitable properties. Ensure model and available units are clean, well-maintained, and ready for showings. Prepare lease documents for management review and obtain necessary signatures. Coordinate move-in logistics and prepare welcome materials for new residents. Develop and maintain waitlists when needed. Perform daily property inspections to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal. Maintain a list of current promotions and leasing specials. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new tenants. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first attitude. Strong interpersonal and sales skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two (2) years of related leasing or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer. Ability to stand, walk, and conduct property tours regularly. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
