Job Description

We are seeking a enthusiastic and detail-oriented student housing Leasing Agent to join our dynamic student housing apartment community team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leasing processes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners. This role is crucial in promoting our properties, facilitating lease agreements, and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Duties:

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.



Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, including screening applicants and preparing lease agreements.



Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, applications, and lease agreements using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).



Collaborate with the facilities management team to address maintenance requests and ensure properties are well-maintained.



Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.



Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance tenant experience and increase property value.



Stay informed about local real estate laws to ensure compliance in all leasing activities.



Assist in marketing efforts for available properties through various channels.

Skills:

Proven multifamily leasing experience with a strong ability to upsell properties and services effectively.

Entrada experience

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.



Familiarity with Entrada and facilities management practices is preferred.



Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant issues professionally.



Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.



Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties efficiently.
