Sell the lifestyle

Convert leads into signed leases through calls, texts, tours, and follow-ups
Confidently tour prospects and parents and
close on the spot
Track prospects and activity in
Entrata
Drive renewals and retention through relationship-building
Represent Rivers Edge Student Living at campus events and marketing initiatives
Hit goals, earn commissions, and
get recognized for performance
Who We're Looking For:
A natural
salesperson
with confidence and energy
Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented
Comfortable talking to students, parents, and prospects all day
Organized, follow-up focused, and not afraid to pick up the phone
Leasing, sales, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
Student housing experience is a bonus -- not required
