We own and operate several high-quality apartment communities in Spokane's most desirable neighborhoods, and we're seeking a full-time Leasing Agent / Property Manager to serve as our representative for a handful of properties. This position includes

free housing in one or our premium apartments (a $1,500/month value, $18,000 annually)

Role Overview

The primary focus is leasing and renewals -- guiding prospects through tours, following up to close leases, and engaging residents early on renewals. In addition, the role includes light property management duties such as confirming unit conditions, taking photos, and responding to occasional on-site needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and manage leasing communications Follow through with prospects from first contact until the lease is signed Anticipate lease expirations and secure renewals 60 days in advance Assist with property needs: inspections, photos, light resident support Serve as first responder for emergencies or resident issues as needed

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Customer service or sales experience required; leasing/property management a plus Highly self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision Proficient with modern communication and organizational tools Clean, reliable vehicle for occasional multi-site tours
