Responsibilities
Greet prospective tenants and provide property tours
Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
Assist applicants with rental applications and required documentation
Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication
Ensure the property presents well at all times
Qualifications
No leasing experience required -- training provided
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer skills
Dependable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
