Key Responsibilities
Property showings: Conduct tours of available units, highlight features, and answer prospective tenants' questions.
Customer service: Provide friendly, responsive support to current and prospective residents.
Client communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person; follow up with leads; maintain positive relationships.
Application processing: Assist applicants with rental applications, verify information, and guide them through the leasing process.
Lease preparation: Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
Property presentation: Ensure model units and common areas are clean, welcoming, and ready for tours.
Record keeping: Maintain organized records of leads, applications, and leasing activity.
Market awareness: Stay informed about local rental trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a customer?first mindset
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling, CRM tools)
Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus but not required
Reliable transportation for traveling between properties if needed
