Temporary Leasing Agent
to join our team in Crowley, LA. This role supports daily leasing and customer service operations while ensuring a positive experience for prospective and current residents.Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents in person and by phone Conduct property tours and promote available units Process rental applications and complete lease paperwork Follow up with prospects and maintain traffic reports Assist with marketing, resident retention, and office operations Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing Strong communication and organizational skills Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel) Knowledge of affordable housing programs preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk property, climb stairs, and tour apartments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
