Showing prospective applicants vacant apartments
Collecting and processing required verifications and certifications
Relaying accurate and complete applications and certifications to Deputy CFO and RealPage Software
Attend court hearings as a representative of NNCH properties
Tracking each apartment including size, qualifications, and assistance type
Accurately recording rental and miscellaneous payments
Assist in creating annual property budgets

Maintaining current knowledge of HOME, Tax Credit, Fair Housing, and other financial program rules and applications

Tool and Equipment Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Associate's degree in property management or equivalent from technical school, or six months experience in Tax Credit property management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Capability to drive in all weather conditions
Environmental Factors
Work is conducted in an office environment or at apartment locations
