Location Beverly, MA
Salary: $60,000- $70,000 base + commissions
Full-time | On-site

What You'll Do

Greet and engage prospective residents with a friendly, professional approach Conduct property tours and highlight key features to match prospects with the perfect home Manage leasing applications, follow-ups, and closings efficiently Convert leads into signed leases, quickly and confidently Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth move-ins and exceptional service Stay up to date on local market trends and property availability

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate or leasing Real estate license (past or current) strongly preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Self-motivated, confident, and ready to hit the ground running
