JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Lease-Up Community Manager plays a vital leadership role in launching and managing an Active Adult community. This position is responsible for coordinating team members, overseeing daily operations, and optimizing leasing performance to achieve financial and operational goals. The manager will ensure a high standard of service tailored to the lifestyle and expectations of our 55+ residents, while maintaining full compliance with Greystar policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations--including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA guidelines. This individual sets the tone for community culture and is instrumental in building a vibrant, resident-centered living experience.
A minimum of 3 years of community manager experience is required for this position.
