ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Results Driven: Focus on achieving results and doing the right thing in all aspects of the leasing consultant role.
• Disciplined Execution: Manage multiple priorities and tasks, taking the initiative in all assigned duties and beyond.
• Accountability for Excellence: Take personal ownership and responsibility, setting clear, consistent goals and expectations with excellent follow-through.
• Team Collaboration: Work well with others, playing as a team to achieve excellence. Rely on all team members from management to maintenance to ensure top-notch customer service for our residents.
• Resident/Client Insights: Take responsibility to meet expressed needs and go beyond expectations to ensure the best resident experience.

Additional Responsibilities

• Market Expertise: Master your market competition, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Event Planning Ambassador: Plan and host impactful resident events and on-site activities.
• Compliance: Follow all company policies, tenant and housing laws, and lease provisions.
• Administrative Excellence: Take pride in the accuracy and quality of your administrative results.
• Marketing and Social Media Management: Explode property social media to company standards while marketing both locally and virtually to drive leasing traffic.
• Flexibility: Ability to identify and pivot when necessary.
• Performance Excellence: Leasing, occupancy, and retention are at an all-time high \xe2\x80\x93 even during construction!
• Team Loyalty: Show incredible loyalty and care deeply about your teammates.
• Reputation Management: Ensure reputation scores meet or exceed industry standards.

Qualifications:

• High energy, strong work ethic, and commitment to company values of excellence, service and integrity.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Glowing track record in customer service or sales.
• High school education.
• Yardi or property management software experience a plus
