Job Description

The Lease Operator supports field operations and assists with the safe and efficient operation of wells and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities include:

Assisting with well operations including gas-lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, and pipeline operations Supporting control board operations and routine field rounds Performing minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment Taking readings, conducting inspections, and tracking operational data Preparing and issuing work permits and following established procedures Initiating work requests and assisting with basic procedure writing Monitoring well and equipment performance and reporting abnormalities Working with support teams to optimize chemical injection rates based on production data (corrosion, paraffin, soap, etc.) Assisting with data gathering requests for Engineering Tracking test compression data Conducting fluid level measurements using an echo meter Working closely with other operators and craft personnel to support daily operations Entry-level position;

1-3 years of oil & gas or industrial experience preferred

Willingness and ability to learn field terminology, procedures, and applications Ability to perform routine field and basic administrative tasks using established processes Strong attention to safety, detail, and operational procedures Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be authorized to work in the United States
