Peolocity LLC is a management consulting and training services provider specializing in performance improvement and process optimization. We are currently

bidding on a federal contract with the Indian Health Service (IHS)

to provide an Agency-Wide Lean Six Sigma Training Program.

This opportunity is

contingent upon contract award

. We are building a roster of qualified professionals who can be part of our delivery team if the award is made to Peolocity LLC.

Position Overview

We are seeking

experienced Lean Six Sigma Trainers/Consultants

to design, deliver, and facilitate Lean Six Sigma training across foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels. Selected candidates will help federal employees build sustainable process improvement capabilities through interactive training, coaching, and real-world project application.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver virtual

Lean Six Sigma training programs

(Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and advanced levels). Develop course materials, including instructional content, case studies, project-based assignments, and assessments. Provide

train-the-trainer

sessions to agency staff to sustain the program long-term. Support learners with

coaching and mentoring

on real-world projects. Maintain a secure, accessible, and interactive web-based training environment. Track learner progress, assess performance, and generate reports. Collaborate with administrators on enrollment, technical support, and content updates.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Public Health, or related field.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certification

from a recognized accrediting body. 5+ years of experience conducting Lean Six Sigma training and coaching. Strong experience with virtual training platforms and e-learning tools. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred:

Master Black Belt certification. Federal agency or healthcare-related training experience. Familiarity with government contracting requirements.

Additional Details

Contract Period:

Base year (Oct 2025 - Sept 2026) with option years through 2028.

Compensation:

Competitive contract rate, commensurate with experience.

Work Location:

100% remote (U.S.-based).

Eligibility:

Must be able to pass a federal background check.
