Job Description

Commercial general contractor has an immediate opening for a leadman with a minimum of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist superintendent with day-to-day operations on the construction site Assist in managing and motivating a work crew Assist in the coordination and monitoring of subcontractors Communicate site rules and safety procedures Be able to schedule and multitask Manage the jobsite when the superintendent is absent
