What You'll Do:

Help to lead and inspire your team to success. Create a welcoming environment for clients and deliver top-notch customer service. Motivate by example, boost team morale, and provide hands-on support. Use exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with upper management, staff, and clients. Keep up to date with salon software and other business applications. Be goal-driven with the ability to set, track, and achieve sales targets.

Compensation and Schedule:

Make a minimum of

$30-$45 per hour

, including wages, commissions, and tips.

Hiring and Referral Bonuses:

$500-$2500 paid out after 6 consecutive months of employment in good standing Flexible salon schedules that include evenings and weekends for the benefit of customers and your team.
