The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Leadership Coaches from the Global South to support growing client needs.
This is a remote role requiring occasional travel that will perform these, and other essential duties as required:
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do Advise and support leaders in:

• Exhibiting and internalizing executive-level leadership skills, abilities, attitudes, responsibilities, and presence.
• Navigating internal organizational change and external environmental change in fast-paced, stress-filled contexts.
• Leading resilient and effective teams and organizations.

The Skills and Experience You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need

• Ten years of experience coaching at an executive level.
• A minimum of 5 years of international experience and current residency in the Global South.
• Coaching certification recognized by the International Coaching Federation or equivalent.
• A graduate degree or certification in organizational development or a related field.
• Experience working in developing country contexts and with international humanitarian and/or development organizations, including personnel from developing countries.
• A demonstrated commitment to a strengths-based approach, an ability to think creatively about how resilience can be enhanced in organizational clients, and a track record of working collaboratively with others.
