What you'll learn & do

Kitchen execution:

prep, line flow, recipe mastery, speed & consistency

Guest experience leadership:

service standards, recovery, "wow" moments

Shift ownership:

opens/closes, station control, rush management

Inventory & product control:

stocking, portioning, waste prevention

Team coaching:

help teammates improve, keep standards high, bring energy

What we're looking for

Coachable, driven, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment Leads by example with a team-first mindset Calm under pressure and strong with communication Ownership mentality -- sees what needs doing and handles it Restaurant experience is a plus,
