## Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of technical fields and possess strong teaching abilities to educate and mentor students effectively.

## Duties

- Engaging lessons in various technical subjects such as welding, cutting, fabrication, blueprint reading, inspection and more.

- Follow and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and educational goals

- Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to enhance student learning experience

- Mentor and guide students in their technical skill development

- Collaborate with the education team to continuously improve teaching methods and materials

## Skills

- Proficiency in GMAW, FCAW, SMAW GTAW and cutting processes.

- Experience in piping , structural or aerospace fabrication is a plus.

- Familiarity with computers or other educational platforms for course delivery

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and mentor students. Be able to get along with and work one on one with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
