Blue Valley Restoration is a

locally owned restoration and reconstruction company

We're looking for a

Lead Water Damage Technician

who's skilled, dependable, and ready to lead by example. If you take pride in drying, repairing, and rebuilding homes after damage -- and enjoy hands-on work -- we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and perform residential and light commercial water mitigation projects Handle water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and moisture monitoring Document daily readings, progress photos, and job notes accurately Train, lead, and motivate field technicians on-site Communicate clearly with homeowners, office staff, and insurance reps Maintain clean, organized job sites and uphold company quality standards Be available for

occasional Saturday or Sunday work

(rotating schedule)

Preferred Bonus Skills

While not required, candidates with handyman or finishing skills will stand out.

Drywall repair and texture matching Interior painting and touch-up Trim or finish carpentry General handyman or small repair work

Requirements

IICRC WRT Certification (Water Restoration Technician)

Minimum 3 years of experience in water damage restoration Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces Excellent leadership, organization, and customer service skills Strong work ethic and reliability -- we take care of clients who need us most
