Lead Warehouse Supervisor- Kansas City, MO

Responsibilities:

Maintain neat and clean warehouse ensure it's accessible and safe for employee and visitor traffic. Ensure product accuracy when loading, unloading, or transferring trailer loads. Accurately complete certification sheets for each trailer loaded, including proper identification of completed rework. Assure all incoming materials including but not limited to dunnage, resin, color concentrate, corrugated, plastics bags, etc. meets all GMP requirements for incoming goods. Maintain accurate inventory of all products and all trailers. Assure all trailers are properly inspected before being loaded. Assure all manifests and shipping documents are accurate and complete and accounted for Continually work toward reducing/eliminating product damage and scrap Provide back up coverage to warehouse manager during absences or vacations.

Qualifications

:

5 years supervising experience 2 years shipping/receiving experience along with forklift operator experience Flexibility to help with projects on off shifts when needed Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and Word Material Handling Experience Possess basic math skills. * Demonstrate reliable attendance and ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions.
