We are seeking a Lead Unloader to join our team in Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a lead or supervisor role. This position involves overseeing a team of unloaders during the night shift from 9pm to 5:30am, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of unloaders Ensure efficient and timely unloading of shipments Maintain a safe and organized work environment Train and mentor new team members Communicate effectively with management and team members

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a lead or supervisor role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work night shifts from 9pm to 5:30am, Monday through Friday Attention to detail and ability to multitask * Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
