Lead Underground Utility Excavator

!

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating excavation and trenchless equipment with confidence Directing and supporting your helper while keeping the site safe and efficient Troubleshooting on the fly and keeping projects moving forward Communicating with supervisors, customers, and inspectors Maintaining detailed documentation and upholding safety standards

As our Lead Underground Utility Excavator, you'll be the driving force behind complex underground utility projects-installing, repairing, and replacing sewer and water lines using advanced trenchless technology and traditional excavation. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions matter, and your excavation expertise shines.

Our Offer to You:

Competitive Pay:

$75,000 - $100,000 per year

Stable Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday + occasional overtime

You're a Fit if You Have:

Experience in underground utility work, including pipe bursting and re-lining methods, as well as traditional excavation Experience guiding a helper or small team Strong knowledge of equipment operation and job site safety Ability and willingness to perform physical labor as the primary worker on the crew Ability to solve problems and work efficiently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license (CDL is

a plus

) Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work Monday-Friday with occasional overtime
