This is NOT a casual side-gig. This is an on-call, high-responsibility adventure role based in NELSON, NEVADA.

Adrenaline Junkies is hiring a Tour Guide to lead epic Can-Am off-road experiences in the Nevada desert near the Colorado River. We're so happy to work with people who are reliable, self-directed, and genuinely excited about guiding--not just collecting unemployment points.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead heart-pounding Can-Am off-road tours through rugged desert terrain Deliver clear safety briefings and maintain guest confidence at all times Drive company van for guest pickup/drop-off from the Las Vegas Strip to: Off-road tour sites Hoover Dam Shooting ranges Fuel, clean, and lightly maintain Can-Am vehicles (bonus pay available for maintenance work) Manage camp store operations and keep basecamp organized and presentable Provide warm, confident hospitality that creates unforgettable guest experiences Check guests in and process waivers Handle store sales and payments professionally Clean helmets & goggles between tours Capture photos of happy guests during their adventure

WORK STRUCTURE

ON-CALL POSITION with fluctuating schedule Hours vary based on bookings and demand Some days may start early / end late Must be available for last-minute call-ins during peak season
This role is ideal for people who don't need their hand held and can adapt quickly to changing schedules.

COMPENSATION

Pay Structure: $18-$22 per hour base, based on experience and performance.

In addition to hourly pay, guides may earn:

Gratuities from guests Performance bonuses Sales commissions

Benefits Eligibility:

Benefits begin after successful completion of a 90-day probation period and a minimum of 60 days worked or available within that timeframe. Continued eligibility is based on reliability, professionalism, and consistent performance.
