The Role

The Lead Technical Product Manager (Product Owner) will lead in the areas of strategic product planning, software sprint planning, competitive analysis and thought leadership for Lumen Product(s) The Main Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and hold responsibility for identifying key business partners that bring automation solutions and designs
• Execute projects from conception to completion, including defining goals, concept boards, collaborating with interdepartmental teams and identifying risks and dependencies
• Track and report on key project milestones to all levels of the business including senior leadership
• Support business by prompt incident resolution for any issues that arise in live environment, coordinating with development and support teams on technical issues in addition to vendors for new product releases and updates
• Weekends and Afterhours support may be required
• Matrix managed peers and vended resources
• Provide clear and concise project updates at the client and Sr. Leadership levels

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
