The Kaplan Preschool is seeking a dynamic

full-time Lead Teacher

for the 2025-26 school year.


We are a Jewish school open to families of all faiths, and committed to providing play-based, high quality early childhood education to all children.


We have an engaged, welcoming team of educators who collaborate to create a classroom culture defined by warmth and cooperation in which students can learn and 3 years teaching experience

NJ certification a plus Excellent communication and instructional skills Reliability and professionalism Ability to integrate feedback into teaching practice Ability to collaborate with and support other teachers and administrators. Able to lift 40lbs, walk, squat/kneel, sit on floor, see, hear, speak with children to ensure children's health and safety.

: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per school year with an option for a 12-month contract
