Job Description
Oversee day-to-day site activities for a tilt-wall construction project, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget. This position involves supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining strict quality control throughout the entire build.
- Oversee daily construction activities to guarantee projects finish on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors to deliver quality work while maintaining safety compliance.
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and avoid potential delays.
- Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.
