Job Description

The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in construction management in the business services industry.

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations on job sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

A successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction should have:
