Job Description

The Lead Superintendent: Interiors Construction will oversee and manage all aspects of interior construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires expertise in the Property industry with a focus on high-quality execution and team leadership.

• Supervise all phases of interior construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to management.
