Lead Store Operator

who can confidently run the shop during shifts when ownership is not present. This is not a manager position, but it is a leadership role for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and loves serving customers.

What You'll Do

Open and/or close the store as a trusted Key Holder Lead the team during your shift and keep operations running smoothly Provide warm, friendly customer service (samples, recommendations, etc.) Prepare and package chocolates, ice cream, fudge, and specialty desserts Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment Handle simple cash management and POS responsibilities Ensure product displays look full, fresh, and beautiful Support inventory checks and restocking Assist with special orders, gift baskets, and holiday rushes

What We're Looking For

Previous food service or retail experience (preferred) Strong communication and leadership qualities Positive attitude and great customer service skills Dependable, trustworthy, and able to follow procedures Comfortable working independently and guiding others Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
