Lead Steward
to guide our stewarding team, ensuring our kitchens and back-of-house areas are spotless, organized, and ready to support world-class dining.
What You?ll Do
Direct and support the stewarding team, setting priorities and keeping daily operations on track
Train, coach, and mentor staff to build a cohesive, high-performing team
Monitor labor and supply costs, helping the department stay on budget
Ensure all sanitation and safety standards are met ? every day, every shift
Oversee the care and maintenance of food and beverage equipment
What We?re Looking For
Proven background in stewarding or kitchen management
A natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork
Pay & Perks
Weekly pay ? $55,000?$60,000 annually (hourly leadership role)
