POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for building and deploying customer solutions as well as perform as a key contributor / architect to our software development team. Advise customers on how to best leverage our technology portfolio to meet their business needs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES

  • Provide key software development leadership and guidance to our development team.
  • Provide technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and answering technical questions.
  • Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded, and that customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
  • Maintain and improve our internal technical infrastructure, this is primarily around, but not limited to our development and process centric platforms.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the team to optimize performance and reliability.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and to ensure that client requirements are met.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including process and procedure documents, and knowledge base articles.
  • Architect, develop, and deploy customer solutions in order to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Participate on customer calls and provide technical advisement during the scoping and architecture of customer solutions.
  • Help to maintain and improve upon our internal technical infrastructure and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 9+ years of experience in a software and technical architecture role
  • 9+ years of software development experience
  • Strong background in C++, C# and .NET development
  • High degree of comfort with data and data ETL
  • Strong general technical skills, including experience with SQL, process architecture, data automation, and cloud technologies
  • Experience contributing as part of a distributed team
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
  • Have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical staff
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Power BI experience is a plus
