Greater American Construction is looking for an experienced Lead Siding Installer to lead our siding division as we continue expanding.
You may work independently, bring 1-2 helpers with you, or we will hire and place a new team under your leadership. As we add to our division, this role includes opportunities to influence crew setup, workflow, and installation processes.

What You'll Do
? Lead installation of vinyl, cedar, composite, and other siding
? Install trim, soffit, fascia, and flashing systems
? Guide helpers or installers (optional)
? Maintain timelines, job quality, and safety
? Coordinate with project management for materials and steps
Requirements
? 4+ years experience
? Lead installer or foreman experience preferred
? Valid driver's license
? Ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders
? Team-builder mindset
