Lead and motivate a team of servers to provide outstanding customer service in a lively, fine dining setting. Oversee food handling procedures, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Train new team members on service protocols, dietary considerations, and hospitality best practices Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return

Requirements

Open Availability 10am to 9pm Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong customer service skills Prior serving experience with knowledge of food industry standards and restaurant operation. Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate a team under pressure Strong communication skills paired with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
