is seeking an experienced & motivated

Shift Leader

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations while ensuring smooth & exceptional customer service as well as team performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, highly effective communication abilities, and a passion for driving sales.

Duties

Support the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations Supervise front-of-house & back-of-house teams during service Train & coach staff to deliver excellent customer service Oversee inventory and place supply orders as needed Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met Assist with daily reporting tasks

Skills We're Looking For

1 year of experience as a shift lead or head server preferred but not required*.
Experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine preferred but not required*
Must be 21 or over (to serve alcohol) Strong leadership and communication skills Problem-solver with a positive attitude Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid food handler's permit (or willing to obtain) Ability to speak a second language (Korean, Spanish, Japanese, Vietnamese,) is a plus.
