About Us:

Edo is a modern Japanese and Korean restaurant offering fresh sushi and authentic hot dishes in a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. We're seeking a professional and motivated

Lead Server

to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support servers during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service. Deliver excellent hospitality and resolve guest concerns promptly. Coordinate table assignments and service flow with kitchen and management. Train and mentor new servers, maintain service standards, and assist with closing duties. Maintain a clean, organized, and upbeat dining environment.

Qualifications:

2+ years of serving experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude. Must be available nights and weekends. Prior experience in Japanese, Korean, or Asian-fusion dining is a plus. Passion for Asian cuisine and hospitality is highly valued.

Bonus if bilingual in English and Korean

Compensation:

$8.00/hr + full tips

(servers keep 100 % of their tips). Average total earnings:

$25-$35/hr
