Position Overview



Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for delivering impeccable service? River Inn Harbor Town is seeking a Lead Server to help elevate our luxury restaurant and banquet reputation. This role is ideal for a service leader who thrives in a high-end environment and enjoys mentoring others while maintaining exceptional service standards.



Ideal Candidates Will Have:


Extensive experience in high-end or fine dining establishments Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and motivate service staff Exceptional customer service and communication abilities Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standards, with the ability to educate and engage guests A refined attention to detail in service execution and presentation Flexibility to work peak service hours, weekends, and special events

Key Responsibilities:


Lead the dining room during service and special events Set and uphold service standards for the front-of-house team Assist with training and mentoring servers Collaborate closely with management, kitchen, and bar teams Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and grace
