We're happy to welcome a warm and experienced Lead Server to our Saffron Restaurant and Bakery family! In this role, you'll guide our serving team, ensure top-notch customer service, coordinate with other departments, and keep our dining experience running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the server team, including scheduling and training staff.
Ensure all side work is completed during both morning and evening shifts.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee and assist the team in upselling our menu items, including desserts and specials.
Ensure that all cash handling and order processing is done accurately.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management to maintain smooth operations.
Promote a positive and team-focused work environment.
Requirements
You have serving experience, with at least a year or two in a lead or supervisory capacity.
You're a natural people person who loves creating a great dining experience.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Comfortable with POS systems and ensuring accurate order and payment processing.
A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
Compensation:
Fixed monthly salary $750.
Hourly pay of $2.15 plus tips.
Bi-weekly pay schedule.
