We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred, with knowledge of the food service industry. Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus. Culinary experience or kitchen background can enhance understanding of menu items. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing are essential. Experience in guest services, hospitality, or related fields is highly valued.
