Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Leader Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily duties, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, and leading a team of security personnel.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate security staff during assigned shifts

- Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to any suspicious activities

- Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures

- Handle conflicts or incidents that may arise during the shift

- Conduct regular patrols to maintain a secure environment

- Assist in training new security team members

Qualifications

- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred

- Experience in conflict management and law enforcement is a plus

- Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV, and loss prevention techniques

- Ability to militarize security operations effectively

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
