Are you a proactive and vigilant security professional? We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Security experienced in Bar and Club security to oversee the safety and protection of our facilities, personnel, and assets. The hours for this position are 7pm-3am. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate security operations, implement effective risk management strategies, and ensure a secure environment for everyone. Duties

Lead and supervise the security team to ensure all safety protocols are consistently followed across the facility. Develop, implement, and refine security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans to address evolving risks. Conduct regular surveillance activities using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to detect suspicious activity or potential issues. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders during incidents or investigations. Perform conflict management duties by de-escalating tense situations swiftly and professionally while maintaining safety. Oversee loss prevention initiatives to minimize theft, vandalism, or other security breaches. Ensure all security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and communication devices are operational and properly maintained. Document incidents thoroughly through detailed reports, logs, and records for future review or legal purposes. Interview, Hire and Train team members on security procedures, conflict resolution techniques, and emergency protocols to foster a prepared workforce.

Experience

Proven experience in security operations for a Bar/Club or law enforcement roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong background in surveillance techniques utilizing CCTV systems and other monitoring technologies. Knowledge of conflict management strategies with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively. Certifications in first aid, CPR, or related emergency response training are highly desirable. Experience working within security frameworks that include loss prevention measures and asset protection. Familiarity with legal regulations related to security practices in various jurisdictions is advantageous.
