We are known for our quick turnaround, but we are remembered for our attention to detail and our passionate team. We are looking for a dedicated Lead Operator who shares our core values and takes pride in creating a premium product.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Lead Screen Print Operator

to join our production floor. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and quality control of our printing presses. As a Lead, you will ensure that our high standards are met on every run, from the first shirt to the last.

Key Responsibilities:

Press Operation:

Efficiently set up and operate screen printing presses for single and multi-color jobs.

Quality Control:

Inspect prints during the run and at the dryer output to ensure proper registration, color accuracy, and cure.

Workflow Management:

Assist in counting, stacking, and organizing production to meet our quick turnaround times.

Maintenance:

Maintain a clean workspace and assist with basic press maintenance and troubleshooting.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the production team to solve printing challenges and maintain shop flow.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of professional screen printing experience is preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with high-end inks, specialty printing techniques, and different fabric types.

Attention to Detail:

You have a "hawk eye" for quality. Checking for pinholes, registration issues, or print flaws comes naturally to you.

Reliability:

We are a deadline-driven shop; punctuality and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.

Physical Ability:

Able to stand for long periods and handle the physical nature of a production environment.
