: Lead Robot Operator

Daxbot is looking to fill a Leading Robot Operator role in Philomath, Oregon.

Salary

: $24/hour - $40/hour (depending on production)

Primary Job Responsibilities

:

Enjoy solving hard problems every day Driving teams of Robots Leading, inspiring, disciplining, and holding a team accountable Sharing on-call shifts Able to conduct themselves in a professional manner with customers Ability to make quick, informed decisions and gauge risk Ability to learn and understand complex technical information Ability to conduct training on complex technical information Strong problem-solving skills Some travel will be required Other duties as needed

Education, Experience and Essential Requirements

:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Read, write, and understand English Type at least 50 WPM Ability to stand and lift 50 lbs 2-3 years of previous leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred
