As a

Lead Tech

, you'll play a vital role in our field operations, ensuring our high standards of care, safety, and professionalism are met on every job. You'll be responsible for documentation, demolition, remediation, and specialty cleaning services, helping families and businesses recover from challenging situations with discretion and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

Emergency & Specialty Services:

Lead crews in biohazard, remediation, and emergency mitigation work following industry standards and company protocols.

Documentation & Reporting:

Perform detailed job documentation, photos, and reporting while overseeing job progress.

Team & Customer Communication:

Work closely with team members and clients to provide clear, respectful, and transparent communication.

On-Call Rotation:

Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely emergency response.

Safety & Compliance:

Safely operate company equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, PPE usage, and safety standards.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience as a Lead Tech, Crew Chief, or similar role in restoration, biohazard, or related fields Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends when needed Physical ability to lift 50 pounds Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

Compensation

Pay:

$25 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
