AMC Homes LLC is growing fast, and we're looking for a highly skilled

Operations Manager

who can also serve as a

Lead Master Craftsman

on our remodeling and construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage jobs, lead crews, and deliver high-quality workmanship in the field.

What You'll DoOperations & Management (50%)

Oversee day-to-day job operations, scheduling, and project workflow Coordinate with sales, office staff, and subcontractors to keep projects on track Ensure materials are ordered accurately and on time Maintain quality standards, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Train and mentor crew members in workmanship, safety, and productivity Monitor job profitability and help eliminate inefficiencies

Hands-On Craftsmanship (50%)

Lead by example with high-level skill in carpentry, remodeling, and general construction Jump in on job sites to assist, direct, or complete key phases of work Solve problems in the field and make real-time decisions to keep jobs moving Perform skilled tasks in framing, finishing, cabinetry, doors, windows, decks, kitchens, bathrooms, siding, roofing, and more

Compensation

Full-time salary plus commissions

Paid time off Commission tied to job profitability
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
