In this role, you will serve as ADP\'s front-line for solving client challenges \xe2\x80\x93 including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You will work with clients who have 1,000+ employees. You carry the weight of ADP\xe2\x80\x99s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.   • Partner with Implementation team, Client Success, Product, and other departments to create and refine process
  • Partner with the Product team on implementation tooling needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with ADP partners to build out and/or refine implementation engagement and process
  • Creating or modifying process documentation in partnership with technical writers and Knowledge Management owners
  • May create project plans, including deliverables, activities and deliver training
  • Manage day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrixed organization
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through the management, tracking, and reporting of project vehicles and coordination of resources
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting projects, including gaining agreement and negotiating outcomes
  • Offer guidance and facilitate communication to stakeholders regarding project implementation
  • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
  • Work under limited supervision to manage project timelines and risks
  • Gather information necessary to make decisions
  • Anticipate and resolve problems in a timely manner
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience managing complex projects including; creating and managing project plans, managing project resources, issue resolution, and status reporting, training/communication, and project analytics
  • A college degree is great but not required. What\'s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
    • Experience noted above, OR
    • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills, communication skills, organization, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multiple projects, timelines, and priorities
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including training/communication delivery

  • PMP certification
  • Understanding of HCM and familiarity with ADP products
