Schneider Electric IT Corporation seeks a Lead Project Engineer in West Chester, OH.



: Understand the technical requirements of each project, ensuring that design documents, specifications, references, and project scope are thoroughly reviewed and managed. Coordinate and prepare all technical documentation to build a prefabricated modular data center solution, and ensure it meets customer requirements within time and quality expectations. Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Leaders, and Subject Matter Experts. Provide support to factory personnel throughout the build, test, and closeout processes. Responsible for all technical documentation throughout the execution phase of the project lifecycle. Take a leadership role in the documentation management, process optimization, and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the engineering department, driving continuous improvement efforts. Eligible for remote work up to 1 dy/wk.


Qualifications:

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field and 5 years progressive post-Bachelor's experience in process engineering in a manufacturing setting, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Communicating with management and executive teams; Collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams, including developing and updating procedures; Practicing PMI based Project Management; Designing processes using quality management systems; and Defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure departmental performance and drive continuous improvement.
